Coaching is a collaborative, goal-oriented process in which a coach supports an
individual to achieve professional and ministry development goals. The coach
facilitates the exploration of goals, challenges and opportunities, guiding the
individual through learning, reflection and action planning. This is not just a list of
classes you will take. This program aims to unlock your potential, enhance your self-
awareness, and encourage growth and progress toward specific outcomes. We are
delighted to offer this international children's ministry course with a fantastic group
of volunteers, so that you are not just taking another class or course. You will make
friends, feel supported and have accountability. “Coaching” can occur in various
contexts, but at Equip & Grow we are happy to provide coaching in leadership
development for children's ministry.
